<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an on-vehicle electronic device by an operating lever without performing a switching operation when the operation of a direction indicator lamp by the operating lever is not required. <P>SOLUTION: A switch function switching device 21 acquires positional information on a vehicle and road data around the vehicle from a navigation device 3 to decide whether or not the control of the direction indicator lamp is required (S200). When the control of the direction indicator lamp is decided to be required (the decision of YES in S200), an operation signal from a lever switch 20 is outputted to a direction indicator lamp control device 50.
