PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of floating of a base film on a flexible circuit board when leaving a liquid crystal panel and a flexible circuit board after connection in a high temperature and high humidity environment without performing an aging process after connection, in electrically connecting the terminal part of the liquid crystal panel to the terminal part of the flexible circuit board by using a connecting material made by mixing conductive particles into an ultraviolet curing resin. SOLUTION: A heating means 50 is arranged at terminal supporting base 14 mounted with the terminal part 32 of the flexible circuit board 30 and the terminal part 28 of the liquid crystal panel 26 stacked on the connecting material 34. Then, the connecting material and the terminal part of the flexible circuit board are heated by this heating means at the time of irradiating the connecting material with ultraviolet rays. It is preferable that the connecting material and the flexible circuit board are heated after the lapse of a predetermined time from the start of the irradiation of the ultraviolet rays.
