PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner assuring an image of small fluctuation in glossiness, and stable and high glossiness, and a developer using the toner, a toner-filled container, a process cartridge, an image forming method, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: The toner includes toner host particles containing at least a releasing agent and a binder resin, in which the volume average grain size of the toner host particles is 5 to 10μm, the grain size in the grain size distribution of the toner host particles is≤8.5 number% in the fine powder content of≤4μm; and the surface glossiness by the mirror reflection of the light of an incident angle 60°of the visible image after fixing obtained by passing a recording medium transferred with a visible image by the toner through a nip section formed by abutting of at least two fixing members on a mirror surface is 3 to 20%.
