PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-wall structure which can improve sound insulation by reducing the sound transmissivity and can be used in doors, hoods, or trunk lids of cars. SOLUTION: In this double-wall structure 1, an internal space 4 is formed between boards 2, 3 facing each other and is closed partially or completely, and microporous partitions 13 having a number of micropores 8 are arranged between the boards 2, 3 facing each other.
