PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inspecting a sample solution, such as blood, blood plasma, urine, saliva or other kindred classes, capable of performing advantageous quantitative inspection with small labor and determining, in particular, values of blood sugar, blood lipid, enzyme or others. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 comprises a means 16 for forming a slightly curved or forming a linear flowing front F of the sample solution 2, and adapted so that at least 90% of reagent can be dissolved in a predetermined reaction volume of the sample solution 2 and/or reacted therewith, and at least 90% of the dissolved reagent or the reaction product of the reagent can be carried to an inspection area 10, with the reaction volume, or the concentration of the dissolved reagent or reaction product in the reaction volume in the inspection area being fluctuated by 10% maximally.
