PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for growing the hair, which cosmetic is certified significant cell reactivation activity to isolation-cultured human hair-mother cells and of keratin-associated protein-derived amino acid mixture treatment cells, which cosmetic is observed significant increase of hair growth rate by continuously coating the hair growing agent compounded with the keratin-associated protein-derived amino acid mixture as the result of examination of actions to human hair growth, and which cosmetic is certified exertion of excellent hair growth action as the result of practical use test of continuous use for a month. SOLUTION: The cosmetic for growing the hair is obtained by compounded with a specific amino acid of keratin associated protein-derived constituent of a hair structural factor.
