PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of clogging in a space near a roll of a label forming device. SOLUTION: A cartridge 100 having a first roll 102, which is structured by winding an adhesive layer 101c of a base material tape 101 around the peripheral part of a reel member 102a, and a second roll 104, which is structured by winding a printing tape 103 around the peripheral part of a reel member 104, is installed. Predetermined printing is performed to the printing tape 103, while delivering the base material tape 101 and printing tape 103 from the first and the second rolls 102 and 104, and the printing tape 103 and the base material tape 101 are put on each other to form a radio tag label T.
