PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine feeder capable of shortening the time required for charging with medicine without causing any trouble in counting of the medicine. SOLUTION: A medicine feeder is used for filling a medicine bottle V with medicines discharged out of a tablet case. This medicine feeder comprises a discharging drum for discharging the medicine within the tablet case, a medicine sensor 37 for detecting the medicine discharged out of the tablet case and a control device. This control device controls a rotary motor 38 for use in rotating the discharging drum to discharge the medicine out of the tablet case, counts the discharged medicines on the basis of a detecting operation of the medicine sensor and changing a discharging speed of the medicine with the discharging drum in response to the kind of the medicine in the tablet case.
