PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To double the effect of a beginer's mark to contribute to safe driving of a beginer by displaying the number of elapsed months after acquisition of a license to solve the problem that a conventional beginner's mark cannot display the number of the elapsed months after the acquisition of the license though attachment of the beginner's mark to a car body is obligated during a period of an automobile beginner-licensee, consequently, a beginner-licensee himself cannot realize a period of his driving experience and other drivers can hardly understand a degree of driving technique of the beginner through experience and can hardly precisely correspond to the beginner. SOLUTION: The number of the elapsed months after acquisition of the license is displayed on a mount made of vinyl, etc. by pressure-attaching a seal separable into a plurality of pieces on it and peeling off one each of the separable seals every month after the acquisition of the license. Additionally, the separable seals and color of a surface of the mount after peeling them, etc. are made in different colors, patterns, etc. to facilitate visual discrimination of them.
