PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which is reinforced at a tire side and can be manufactured in a small space, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A plurality pieces of cords 22 whose cord surfaces are rubber coated are formed, and the cords 22 are attached on the portion corresponding to a bead part at the tire side of a raw tire 30. When performing the attaching work, a pressing fixture 24 having a cord holding surface part 26 holding the cords 22 so as to be an equivalent interval at an equivalent radius position on the conical surface, the cords 22 are held by the pressing fixture 24, and attached by pressing the cord holding surface part 26 to the tire side of the raw tire 30.
