PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for creating image-printed matter which is equipped with such a visual effect as to change an image depending on the angle of view. SOLUTION: This method is used for creating the image-printed matter which is equipped with at least one of the visual effects by using a lenticular sheet constituted by disposing lenticular lenses: changing wherein the image is switched to another image as soon as the angle of view is changed; morphing wherein the image is gradually changed to another image when the angle of view is changed; moving wherein the image is moved and changed when the angle of view is changed; and zooming wherein the image is expanded or contracted when the angle of view is changed. In the method, steps from the capture of the image for use to the creation of the image-printed matter are performed through a series of processing via processing on the basis of the visual effect, and interlaced processing for making the image correspond to the lenticular sheet.
