PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal direct drawing-type lithographic printing plate which can stably inhibit a texture smear in a non-imaging part throughout the entirety of numerous printing sheets and secure ink spreading properties, in the thermal direct drawing-type lithographic printing plate which has at least an intermediate layer and a hydrophilic layer as a top layer, formed on a support, and also can form an imaging part as possessing ink-receptivity through a process to deteriorate hydrophilic nature by heating. SOLUTION: This thermal plate-making lithographic printing plate comprises at least the intermediate layer and the hydrophilic layer as a top layer, formed on the support, and can form the imaging part as possessing ink-receptivity through a process to deteriorate hydrophilic nature by heating.
