The present invention is directed to a shim (56) and a body (58). The shim comprises a base upper surface, an opposite lower positioning surface (65), two opposing long side surfaces (60) and two opposing short side surfaces (62) extending between the base upper surface and the lower positioning surface (65). The base upper surface (62) has a protrusion (64) formed thereon. The protrusion (64) has a first outer side wall (67) connected to a second outer side wall (68) and an inner wall (69) connected to the first and second outer side walls. The first outer wall extends from a first of the two opposing long side surfaces.
