FIELD: medicine, biochemical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method for preparing low-molecular heparins using enzymatic cleavage. For enzymatic depolymerization the method involves using papain, chymotrypsin or complexes of hydrolases as components of preparations "Protease C" and celloviridine immobilized on silochrome or polyvinyl alcohol. Method provides preparing low-molecular heparins by effect of immobilized hydrolases with the yield of the end product about 70-80%. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 8 ex
