<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that comprises a resin and a solvent and is easy to use and stably preservable. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a polymer having a recurring unit represented by formula (I) [wherein R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are each independently a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, 1-20C hydrocarbon group, heterocyclic group, cyano group, nitro group, C(=O)R<SB>4</SB>group, S(O)<SB>p</SB>R<SB>4</SB>group, P(=O)(R<SB>4</SB>)<SB>2</SB>group or M(R<SB>4</SB>)<SB>3</SB>group; R<SB>3</SB>is a 1-20C hydrocarbon group or a heterocyclic group; R<SB>4</SB>is a 1-20C hydrocarbonoxy group, a 1-20C hydrocarbon group, a 1-20C hydrocarbonthio group, or a mono- or di-1-20C hydrocarbonamino group; M is a silicon atom, a germanium atom, a tin atom or a lead atom; and p is either one of 0, 1 and 2] and a solvent, where the solvent is one that contains neither water nor an alcoholic compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
