PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shredder with an autofeeder capable of shortening a cuttiing time for continuous cutting of documents loaded to the shredder with the autofeeder. SOLUTION: In the shredder with the autofeeder, a document sheet S pressed by separating rollers 1, 2 is transferred. Though the both separating rollers 1, 2 which press the document sheet to be cut begin to transfer at the same time, the separating roller 2 transfers a subsequent document sheet while the transfer roller 1 transfers the preceding document sheet. Hence, a transferring document has the part which comes on top of the other transferring document along the transfer direction. Thus, repeating this transferring state, the invention is characterized in that shortening of the cutting time is made possible by allowing a document sheet to be transferred with its part coming on top of the other transferring document even when continuous transfer.
