<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proxy system for a construction work and its method for performing a personal moving application procedure and a construction work accompanied with a customer move in a batch by proxy. <P>SOLUTION: This proxy system for a construction work is configured to perform a construction work to be performed by a service company which has concluded a service supply contract with a customer at the time of accepting an application of a personal moving such as a move from a customer instead of the service company. This proxy system is provided with a customer terminal 40, a service company server 20, a portable terminal 30 of a person in charge of a construction work and a proxy company server 10. The proxy company server 10 is provided with a personal moving accepting part 121 from a customer, a personal moving acceptance information database 111, a notification information preparing part 122 to the service company, a notification information transmitting part 123, a work information receiving part 124 of the work information prepared by the service company server 20, a work information database 112, a work information confirming part 127 for judging whether or not the work information has been acquired from the service company and a personal moving acceptance completion notification transmitting part 128 for notifying the customer terminal 40 that the application of personal moving has been completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
