<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the arrival at a check point including an azimuth to which the participant of a stamp rally is faced. <P>SOLUTION: Portable terminal equipment 1 carried by the participant of a stamp rally is provided with a GPS receiver 10 for detecting the position of a case body and a geomagnetic sensor 20 for detecting an azimuth to which the case body is faced, and the position and azimuth of the portable terminal equipment 1 are transmitted to a server 3. When the position received from the portable terminal equipment 1 is matched with a predetermined position, and the azimuth received from the portable terminal equipment 1 is matched with the predetermined azimuth, it is decided that the portable terminal equipment has arrived at a check point.
