PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog/digital recordable and reproducible apparatus and display device in which an effect of noise or radiation mutually between a digital circuit block and an analog circuit block is reduced as little as possible. SOLUTION: A main substrate 10 comprising an analog circuit block for controlling an analog signal receiving an analog broadcast, and an IP conversion circuit board 11 comprising a digital circuit block for controlling a digital signal receiving a digital broadcast, are provided within a case 2 of a recordable and reproducible apparatus 1; the main substrate 10 and the IP conversion circuit board 11 are disposed in parallel; and terminal sides thereof are integrally attached to each other. In the vicinity of a connector 12 attaching the substrates, a substrate 13 with shield is provided for partitioning the main substrate 10 and the IP conversion circuit board 11. Thus, the effect of noise interference and radiation is suppressed mutually between the main substrate 10 and the IP conversion circuit board 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
