PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace gas measuring device, capable of properly keeping a temperature of a laser oscillating element, and surely continuing measurement with high accuracy, and a combustion furnace equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The furnas gas measuring device is provided with a laser beam emitting device 2 capable of being mounted on a measurement window 1a formed on a furnace main body 1 of the combustion furnace and emitting the laser beam to a gas in the furnace from one side of the measurement window 1a of the combustion furnace, and a laser beam receiving device 3 for receiving the laser beam emitted from the laser beam emitting device 2. The laser beam emitting device 2 and the laser beam receiving device 3 are provided with a low temperature gas generator 5 for separating the introduced compressed air into warm air and cold air, and cooling a measured environment to be lower than a prescribed temperature by the separated cold air.
