PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device having high durability at low cost. SOLUTION: This dynamic pressure bearing device 1 is composed of a shaft member 2 and a bearing member as main constituent elements. A dynamic pressure generating part for generating fluid dynamic pressure in a bearing clearance is formed on an outer peripheral face 2a1 of a raw material 2a' constituting the shaft member 2.
