PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube excellent in mechanical strength, heat-resistant stability, steam impermeability, gas impermeability and the like, having good flexibility and processability and suitable for use in liquid transport. SOLUTION: The tube for liquid transport has a tubular molded body comprising a hydrogenated styrene/isobutylene/styrene block copolymer (SIBS) or a composition containing it and the gas barrier resin coating layer formed on the surface thereof using a resin latex and is characterized in that the tubular molded body is subjected to surface modifying treatment.
