PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source capable of restraining a charge current flowing through a secondary battery element in a charge initial stage even if a constant voltage charging method is executed. SOLUTION: This power source is provided with: secondary batteries 61-64 each having a pair of electrodes 10 and 20; and a ribbon-like lead 12 electrically connected to at least one polarity side electrode 10 of each pair of electrodes 10 and 20. The lead 12 has a ribbon-like inner conductive part 12a connected to the electrodes 10, a ribbon-like resistor 13 and a ribbon-like outer conductive part 12b. The side surface of the inner conductive part 12a is jointed to one side surface of the resistor 13, and the side surface of the outer conductive part 12b is jointed to the other side surface of the resistor 13.
