PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic controlling circuit of a hydraulic motor for a lifting magnet capable of preventing the number of revolutions of the hydraulic motor for the lifting magnet in the case an output flow of a hydraulic pump is lowered in the hydraulic controlling circuit equipped with the hydraulic motor for the lifting magnet driving a generator for the lifting magnet and the hydraulic pump supplying a pressure oil to the hydraulic motor for the lifting magnet. SOLUTION: In the case the lifting magnet is operated, a specific flow within a range of the pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump P is supplied to the hydraulic motor 10 for the lifting magnet by having priority over all, a priority valve 12 supplying the rest of the surplus flow to an accumulator 18 is placed to a discharge side of the hydraulic pump F and, at the same time, in the case a revolution speed of the hydraulic motor 10 for the lifting magnet is lowered, a supplementary oil path-way 32 supplying the pressure oil pressurized to the accumulator 18 to the hydraulic motor 10 for the lifting magnet is provided.
