PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the reduction of weight and cost of a helmet with a speaker. SOLUTION: The helmet 20 with the speaker utilizing wave characteristics of sound has receivers 11 and 12 for receiving sound signals from external equipment, and a piezoelectric element 1 vibrating based on the received sound signals, and emits the vibration of the helmet 2 adhering with the vibration face of the piezoelectric element 1 to the exterior as waves. In another embodiment, a sheet-shaped speaker 50 adhering with the piezoelectric element 64-66 sandwiched with a flexible sheets 62 and 63 is stored in the helmet without directly adhering the piezoelectric element 1 to the helmet 2, and the sound signals are applied to the sheet-shaped speaker 50.
