PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful cutter capable of easily and smoothly cutting, without cutting a projection such as a joint plate, a guide piece, a suspension piece or an erection piece mainly projected in a connecting part such as a steel frame column in a steel frame structure or a reinforced concrete structure by a burner. SOLUTION: This cutter has a body frame 1 formed in a gate shape, an electromagnet part 2 detachably installed in a fixing part such as the steel frame column, and a cutting hand blade 3c rotatably arranged in the body frame 1. The body frame 1 has a cutting opening part 1a opened for allowing the projection such as the erection piece, a handle 1b extended to the side end of the body frame 1, and attachments 4 and 4 oppositely arranged in the cutting opening part 1a. The attachments 4 and 4 are composed of a pair of upper-lower angle adjusting parts cut out to communicate with the edge in the longitudinal direction, and a guide part formed on the base side for blocking an upper surface of a cutting blade 3c.
