A vehicular tire sidewall cover is adapted to fit between the rim of a vehicle wheel and a tire mounted thereon. The cover has annular ribs adjacent to the tire and rim to assure an airtight seal and is of sufficiently sturdy elastomer to allow a bias against the tire.
