The invention provides unpolished rice having ditches on an outer layer thereof to form moisture absorbing parts to be close to a white rice layer thereof. Accordingly, moisture can be effectively delivered to a white rice layer of the unpolished rice and easily absorbed thereinto through the moisture absorbing parts formed in the ditches, so that nutritive elements contained in the outer layer of the unpolished rice can be kept and it is very advantageous for health improvement. |
