[PROBLEMS] To provide a smokeless roaster capable of almost perfectly removing oily smoke and odor from an exhaust gas produced by the roaster when the gas is discharged to the outdoor or indoor environment. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A smokeless roaster is constructed from a table and a cabinet provided below the table. A gas discharge flow path is formed in the cabinet, an inner box whose upper side is open is provided in an upper opening section of an outer box provided in the cabinet, and placement cooking means is provided in the inner box. A suction flow path is provided outside the inner box, and a suction hole is formed above a roasting surface, on an inner wall of the suction flow path, of the placement cooking means. A fat/oil filtering section, an adsorption deodorizing section, a HEPA filter, a fan, and a gas discharge opening are arranged in the gas discharge flow path. |
