<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor fixing device for allowing easy disassembly of a rotor from a shaft during maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: A wedge joint means 3 for the rotor fixing device is provided on tapered faces 2a, 2b as a fitted face 7a between an inner ring 7A and an outer ring 7B of an intermediate rotor 7 provided between the shaft 4 and the rotor 5, and a fastening bolt 6 is threaded to one screw hole 9 formed on the shaft 4 through a see-through hole 10a of a wall 10 perpendicular to an axial line C, provided in the inner ring 7A. On a shaft portion 6a of the fastening bolt 6, a doughnut-shaped interference body 11 is mounted with welding. During maintenance, the rotor 5 is disassembled from the shaft 4 by making the interference body 11 interfere with the inner face of the wall 10 of the inner ring 7A with the fastening bolt 6 rotated in a screwing direction and moved back to move the inner ring 7A in the direction of canceling the wedge joint of the wedge joint means 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
