PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable storing an image setting parameter for each scene so that the parameter is correlated with a file of each image data. SOLUTION: When a video recording button is pressed in a DVC 100, a video recording request is issued in the DVC 100 and streaming data to be transferred from the DVC 100 are recorded in a storage medium on a host PC 200 in the host PC 200 having received the video recording request. After that, when a video recording stop button is pressed in the DVC 100, a video recording stop request is issued in the DVC 100 and recording of the streaming data into the storage medium is stopped in the host PC 200 having received the video recording stop request and a file of motion images is generated.
