PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the security and accurately manage the license of media, for whatever the object of storing/taking out operation. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a media storing case which stores the media attached with an IC tag at a predetermined position and is provided with a lock mechanism, a media tag reader, a database, and a management section which controls operations concerning engagement/release of the lock mechanism, and media storing or taking out of the media storing slot, based on verification of read information by the media tag reader and information currently written in the databases concerning the media.
