PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing a groove crack of a main groove. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 1 comprises the main groove 2 extending in a tire circumferential direction, a shoulder rib 3 divided by the main groove 2, and a projecting portion 4 formed on a groove bottom of the main groove 2. Of main groove parts 21, 22 divided in a tire width direction by the projecting portion 4, the groove depth G1 of the main groove part 21 positioned outside in a tire width direction is structured to satisfy the expression G1≤0.90×G, in regard to the groove depth G of the main groove part 22 positioned inside in the tire width direction.
