PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining ozone water with an ozone concentration capable of surely sterilizing microorganisms etc. in water by ozone. SOLUTION: An anode and a cathode whose liquid contact part is made of polyaniline are disposed in water in which an electrolytic material has been dissolved. In a state where the water is aerated to increase the concentration of dissolved oxygen, current is carried by the anode and the cathode, which oxidizes free chlorine ions and the dissolved oxygen on the anode side to generate ozone, and oxidizes superoxides generated by reducing the dissolved oxygen on a polyaniline cathode surface to generate ozone. Carried current density is controls so that the amount of lost ozone is made smaller than the amount of free chlorine ion lost on the cathode side, thereby obtaining ozone-dissolved water.
