摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for accurately measuring the insulation resistance of an electric circuit including a switch which is periodically switched and a power source supply system having the apparatus. SOLUTION: A boosting convertor circuit 14 operates either in a feedback control state in which a boosting ratio is adjusted on the basis of a comparison between a target boosting ratio and the present boosting ratio or an open control state in which a boosting ratio is fixed to the target boosting ratio. When a boosting ratio selection section 64 selects a travel conditions control section 66, the feedback control state takes effect. When the boosting ratio selection section 64 selects a constant boosting ratio generation section 62, the open control state takes effect. A measuring control section 60 controls the boosting ratio selection section 64 on the basis of a boosting ratio calculated by a boosting ratio calculation section 56. In the motor power source supply system 1, when the boosting convertor circuit 14 is in the feedback control state, the measurement of insulation resistance by an insulation resistance measuring section 30 is prohibited.
