PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of the cutting pieces of a solder in the case of the fitting of a screw. SOLUTION: The electronic part 10 has a printed-circuit board 20 with a mounting hole 25 and a land 26 for a grounding formed around the mounting hole 25, while being coated with the solder 27 and the screw 40 with a shaft 41 inserted into the mounting hole 25 and a head 42 fixed to the same shaft as the shaft 41 and abutted against the land 26. The electronic part 10 further has a conductive box body 30 with the screwed shaft 41 of the screw 40 inserted into the mounting hole 25.
