PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component displacing device having a smaller size, a lighter weight, lower cost, and good workability. SOLUTION: An input shaft displacement measuring device 1 has a clamp part 11, a thrust part 12, and a displacement part 13. The clamp part 11 consists of circular members 11a, 11b. The thrust part 12 consists of a driving member 12a formed with an end cam and a driven member 12b. The displacement part 13 consists of a driving member 13a as an eccentric cam and the driving member 12a as a driven member 13b. Once operation of turning the driving member 13a permits the clamp and displacement of an input shaft 22a. This eliminates the need for providing an actuator as in a conventional specialized machine, improves the workability of the input shaft displacement measuring device 1, and achieves a small size, a lighter weight and lower cost.
