DYNAMIC PRESSURE GAS-LUBRICATED BEARING AND ROTARY DRIVING DEVICE USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for constituting a dynamic pressure gas-lubricated bearing capable of dispensing with a channel for generating dynamic pressure and special machining at low cost and a rotary driving device using it. SOLUTION: This dynamic pressure gas-lubricated bearing is provided with a fixed shaft 1a and a sleeve 2 supported rotatably through the dynamic pressure gas-lubricated bearing around the fixed shaft 1a to generate a pressure generating means of the dynamic pressure gas-lubricated bearing by relative movement of a non-cylindrical shape of the fixed shaft and an internal wall of the sleeve. When performing surface treatment, its film pressure is made nonuniform and a shaft is formed into a non-cylindrical shape to support stably by high speed rotation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
