PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows pump preventing a shift of pump bellows, a piston, a connection plate and a shaft body which connects them from an axis to elongate service life of a pump, and keeping pump performance for a long period, providing a compact pump, and reducing a cost. SOLUTION: A male screw 69 is formed on an outer face on one end side of the shaft body 22, and an engaging head part 73 is formed to the other end. Bottomed cylindrical pump bellows 7 are provided with a bottomed cylindrical shaft body screw-in part 70 having a female screw 71 formed to an inner face which is projected on the same axis X from a center part of a bottom part to the inside of the pump bellows, and one end side of the shaft body 22 is directly screw-connected with a center part of the pump bellows 7. Each of the piston and the connection plate 68 has a center hole 74 in which other end of the shaft body 22 is fitted inclusive of the engaging head part 73, an O-ring 78 is installed to the shaft body 22, the piston 19, or the connection plate 68 so that a clearance between the center hole 74 and each of them, and other end side of the shaft body 22 is connected with a center part of the piston 19 or the connection plate 68 by fitting.
