PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of pump pulsation or vibration, in an internal gear pump for supplying oil pressure to an anti-lock brake system of an automobile or a hydraulic power cylinder for assist of a power steering device. SOLUTION: A plurality of pump chambers 27 are formed between an external teeth 23a of an inner rotor 23 and internal teeth 24a of an outer rotor 24 which are mutually meshed in a part of their circumferences. The pump chambers 27 are mutually formed at positions symmetric with respect to an axis X out of the plurality of pump chambers 27, and are individually opened to discharge port 28a and suction port 28b. On a discharge port 28a side, a first oil groove 29a is formed on a confinement part T side to communicate with a discharge port 28a through a first communication passage 30a, and a third oil groove 29c is formed on a meshing part K side. On a suction port 28b side, a second oil groove 29b is formed on the confinement part T side to communicate with the suction port 28b through a second communication passage 30b, and a fourth oil groove 29b is formed on the meshing part K side.
