PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking system for an electric lock capable of automatically preventing forgetting of locking while maintenance of a power source and large-scale wiring are not required. SOLUTION: The electric lock 1 including operation control circuit 2 is installed on a door of an indoor entrance/exit of an office or the like and a storage provided in its inside respectively. The electric lock 1, which is also provided with a power circuit with a solar cell 4 placed indoor as an operating power source for the electric lock 1, makes comparative computation on an output value of the solar cell 4 at night lights-out time in the building and an output setting value capable of arbitrary setting, and can output a signal for locking the electric lock 1 to the operation control circuit 2 of the electric lock 1 when it is computed that the output value of the solar cell 4 is smaller than the output setting value.
