CO2 INCUBATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO2incubator capable of promptly responding to a decrease in a CO2gas concentration, when the CO2incubator is used for culturing a cell sampled from blood, a specimen, etc., by controlling a temperature/humidity/atmosphere/etc., surrounding the cell. SOLUTION: This CO2incubator comprises a chamber 15, an electromagnetic on-off valve 16 for a culture compartment, an electromagnetic on-off valve 17 for the chamber, and a CO2supply fan 18, wherein the chamber 15 is used for being temporarily filled with CO2which is supplied to a culture compartment 1, the electromagnetic on-off valve 16 is used for supplying the CO2gas to the culture compartment 1, the electromagnetic on-off valve 17 is used for supplying the CO2gas to the chamber 15, and the CO2supply fan 18 is used for supplying the CO2gas which exists in the chamber to the culture compartment 1. Further, the CO2gas is filled into the chamber 15, under normal conditions, and the CO2gas which is filled into the chamber 15 is released by operating the CO2supply fan 18, when the CO2gas concentration in the culture compartment 1 is decreased, so that the CO2incubator promptly responds to the decrease in the CO2gas concentration.
