PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwear usually wearable like a normal underwear and holding the bottom of the lower half of clothes such as skirts, pants and garments so as not to keep holding the bottom with one hand at the time of using a toilet, and a bottom diameter shrinking tape suitable for the underwear. SOLUTION: This underwear has an adjusting string shrinking a bottom diameter by pulling and set around the bottom. The adjusting string may be attached to a tape set around the bottom, or be passed through a bag part made by folding the bottom followed by bagging finish. The bottom of the underwear is rolled up so as to wrap the bottom of clothes in and the bottom diameter is shrunk with the adjusting string, and the bottom of the lower half of clothes is held in a holding part formed by rolling up the underwear.
