PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high airtightness and water-proofing property and to enhancing productivity and assembling property in a drain structure of an air conditioner for a vehicle. SOLUTION: An inclination part 17 is formed on a bottom part of a case 7 of a cooling unit 3 and a drain pipe 18 is integrally formed on the inclination part 17. The water-proofing sealing material opened with a drain hole 21 and having elasticity is mounting to the inclination part 17. An inclination surface 25 is formed on a floor panel 24 of a vehicle body and a drain opening 26 is provided on the inclination surface 25. A module integrated by mounting the cooling unit 3 to an instrument panel assembly is horizontally assembled from a rear part side of the vehicle toward a dash panel 13 and the water-proofing sealing material is compressed between the inclination part 17 and the inclination surface 25 to seal a clearance C of these. At this time, an end of the drain opening 26 is covered by a projection part 20A of the water-proofing sealing material 20 projected from the drain opening 26 to enhance the airtightness.
