A conventional problem is that the status transition of E-TFC varies depending on QoS for the contents of data to be transmitted, and hence the mobile station operation is not uniquely determined. A transmission control method of the present invention comprising a process of selecting transmission control information in accordance with a combination of user data transferred from upper-order layers via transport channels; and a process of transmitting the transmission control information to a fixed station side together with physical channels in which a plurality of transport channels are multiplexed; wherein the transmission control information includes at least transmission power information.
