The torque transmission device has a preload force device (7) including a torsion rod and a spring connected to the end of the drive shaft (1). A radially extending lever (3) from the drive shaft has its tip portion connected with the preload force device. An arm (4) is connected with the driven shaft (2) and a fulcrum point. The lever rotates the arm about the fulcrum point. An independent claim is also included for the torque transfer method.
