The invention relates to compounds of the formula (1) wherein X¹, X² and X³ independently is a halogen; p is an integer from 1 to 3; and R is -COOH, OR¹ wherein R¹ is a substituted isothiazole ring, or SR² wherein R² is (CH₂)_qC(COOH)(NHC(0)R³) wherein q is an integer from 0 to 3, and R³ is (C₁-C₄)alkyl; and to pharmaceutically acceptable salts, prodrugs and solvates thereof. The invention also relates to methods of treating a hyperproliferative disorder in a mammal by administering the compounds of formula (1) and to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds of formula (1).
