<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protective sheet for corrosion protection to a steel material with which corrosion protection to a columnar steel material as the body to be subjected to corrosion protection with a buried part in the ground such as a direct pipe constructed on the ground and a foot protection pipe fitted with a foot protection material such as soil, concrete and a block can be simply subjected to corrosion protection in the required ranges upper or lower than the ground level position of the ground surface, thus lasting corrosion protection can be realized. <P>SOLUTION: The protective sheet for corrosion protection to a steel material is composed of: a base metal thin sheet of magnesium, aluminum, zinc or the like whose natural potential is relatively lower than that of a steel material; a water absorption sheet of woven fabric, non-woven fabric or cotton-like fiber such as polyester fabric which is covered on one side of the base metal thin sheet and has a high water content; and a sheath material which is extentionally provided on the surface of the water absorption sheet and has excellent weatherability and water preventability. A conductive adhesive is applied to the prescribed part of the surface in a columnar steel material, and the protective sheet is made to adhere to the surface of the adhesive, so as to be wound therearound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
