<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recording a broadcasting signal, enabling quick viewing and listening by recording a received broadcast signal in a permanent recording medium and reproducing a desired predetermined section when necessary. <P>SOLUTION: The broadcasting signal recording and reproducing method includes the step of reproducing an input broadcast signal Vin on a screen, compressing and saving it in first memories 16 and 17, the step of compressing and saving the broadcast signal inputted during a set predetermined time before an input time of a first predetermined key on the memories 16 and 17 when the first predetermined key is inputted by a user, and the step of extending and reproducing at various speeds the broadcast signal compressed and saved on the memories within the set predetermined time before the input time of the first predetermined key when a second predetermined key is inputted by the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
