摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy material for a heat exchanger, which gives an excellent brazing property by using an Si powder and Al-Si alloy powder of very small grain sizes in order to suppress erosion, even if application amount is increased. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy material is prepared by mixing pure Si powder, Al-Si-based alloy powder containing 0.05 to 35% Si, and the balance Al and inevitable impurities, fluoride flux, and a binder, wherein the pure Si powder and the Al-Si-based powder are mixed in a weight mixing ratio within a range from 90:10 to 99.5:0.50.
